Post-Incident Stress Debriefing (PISD) - coming 01/02/2021

Are you looking for a skilled facilitator to help debrief staff after an incident? Post-incident stress debriefing is a process for dealing with the impact of traumatic events. It is intended to help those involved in a potentially stress-inducing incident share their experiences and learn about stress reactions and symptoms.  More here.

Mental resilience training for individuals

Our mental resilience training is adapted to suit your requirements and situation. Recognising that one size does not fit all, via a coaching and mentoring approach, we provide you with your own set of life skills to build and help maintain your mental resilience.

When something goes wrong, do you tend to bounce back or fall apart?

When you have resilience, it is possible to draw on your inner strength and rebound from a setback such as a job loss, an illness, or a loved one’s death. If you have limited resilience, you might find yourself going over and over problems (rumination), feel victimised, become overwhelmed with the possibility of turning to unskilful coping mechanisms, such as alcohol abuse.

Mental resilience will not make problems go away — but resilience can give you the ability and strength to see beyond them, find joy in life and better handle stressful situations. If you are not as resilient as you would like to be, we can help you to develop skills to become more resilient.
