What we collect?
In order to provide you with the best service and experience we collect the following details:

  • Your name
  • Contact information (including an email address and a phone number)
  • Medical and lifestyle information relevant to the safe and beneficial delivery of relaxation, mindfulness, meditation and mental resilience.

Whose information do we hold?
People who have attended or who intend to participate in relaxation, mindfulness, meditation or mental resilience sessions.  Details of a third party may be held as an emergency contact, as provided by attendees.

How is information is collected?
Information is collected via a First In The Queue questionnaire upon registration. Attendance is recorded in a class register. Opt-in consent for being sent emails is received at registration or by requisition via the website, which can be cancelled at any time.

Why is the information collected?
Individual’s details are held for record-keeping and accounting. Medical details may be collected to ensure the safe delivery of services and are stored securely.  All details may be held for 7 years following cessation of services due to insurance compliance requirements.

How is the information used?
All information is used solely by First in the Queue to ensure the safe delivery of services. In the event of an emergency, details may be passed to a third party if it is considered to be in the person’s best interest.

Names, phone numbers and email addresses are for us to contact you in the event of communicating important relevant information, for example, class cancellations. Emails may also be sent relating directly to a class session.  Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting  First in the Queue.

Photographs
Verbal permission was obtained for the use of any photographs of students which appear on this website or in any marketing materials.  Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting  First in the Queue and they will be removed straight away.
